International Homeless Animal Day

The International Society for Animal Rights (ISAR) conceived and began International Homeless Animals’ Day (IHAD) in 1992. Since that time, ISAR’s International Homeless Animals’ Day Observances have consistently grown in number. They bring people all over the world together to shed light on pet overpopulation and the spay/neuter solution.

Special Calendar Dates

Just a reminder that there are two important dates on the calendar this coming week that would be wonderful posts for your blogs. International Homeless Animals Day is August 18 and Take Your Cat to the Vet Day is August 22.

2019 Blogging Cats Calendar

Don’t forget to send in your photographs for inclusion in the 2019 Blogging Cats Calendar. Information can be found about the appropriate photos to use at https://cbcatcalendar.blogspot.com/2018/07/photo-submissions-for-2019-blogging.html.  Your photos need to be sent to Sweet Purrfections at sweetpurrfections@sc.rr.com. The original date for submissions is August 5, 2018. lease send your photos by August 30, 2018.  Submissions will open up to cats in social media after this point. We need everything early in order to have the calendar ready to purchase for the holiday season.
