Special Announcements
It’s Winnie’s Wish Auction time! May wonderful items will go up every day! Every penny raised above shipping will go to Winnie’s Wish for the health and upkeep of the rescue kitties! So bid early and bid often! It will be insta-auction style, and it runs from November 8th to December 10th.
Insta-auction means that each item is on its own timeline. Once a bid is placed, that item will sell tot he highest bidder five days after the first bid. Items will disappear after their time runs out, so don’t miss a favorite by waiting too long! Stop by, have fun, get wonderful things, and help the kitties!

You can now sign up for the annual holiday card exchange – dogs and cats are welcome to participate.
This year all pets are invited to take part in the 2022 Holiday Card Exchange (OPEN TO ALL OUR PET FRIENDS FOR THE FIRST TIME). Pixie and Zorro from The Swiss Cats will help, but first check the Cat Blogosphere FB group and the Cats With Blogs FB group for all the details. If you’re not on FB, you may email us: swissneko at gmail dot com. Be sure to include your blog name and human name. The deadline is Friday, November 18.

Over the Rainbow Bridge
Sadly, Sue Sehi-Smith from White Dog Blog has passed away.
In June of 2005, Sue Sehi-Smith began to share with us the White Dog Army and it is not possible to say how many dogs were held in her arms, how many felt her love and came through the doors of the home she and Steve shared in the years since. Their stories were told on the WHITE DOG BLOG, whether of hardship or joy and Sue treated each and every one equally. It is hard to think there will ever be another like her who gave so much, who cared so deeply.
May you rest well forever, Sue, and may your beloved Steve be at peace with memories of your times together. Please take a moment to leave words of condolence at both of these blogs, remembering Sue and all she has given to all of us ~ thank you.
